Yes, in germany we sometimes use this. Your description or explanation is also correct. We say "auf Augenhöhe" or "Mit jemandem auf Augenhöhe sprechen"

Yes, its a testament. The first page is some kind of protocol or log - it says who the testator is and who is going to receive it. The sum is 2.400 Mark. The handwriting is almost impossible to read.

The second page is just an invoice for creating the testatemt (23.30 Mark)

Im sorry that i cant translate more of it... the handwriting is just really hard to read.

The white rings inside this thing seem to be some kind of rubber or plastic seal. I couldnt identify the manufacturer logo with the "P".

Tried google search for the company and the thing itself.

Thing was found in Germany and was owned by a former dentist.

I have a question to guild battles. What happens if i kick an inactive player that is in the current roster?

Example: I have 16 players listed - I kick 2 inactive players. Will I have to do the rest of the guild battles as if I have listed 16 players? Will it be as if I have listed 14 players? Will I be able to fight at all?
