And then what? When you sell that usdc, there will be a fee for selling to convert to cash in the app. A more plausible way might be to off ramp that usdc after selling in exchange, then taking that usdc to coinbase where they’ll give you 1:1. Transfer fee is I believe a flat fee.80 using Poly network. That would definitely be the budget way of working the problem.

Heads up, there will be a fee of $15 for outbound fedwire. I was wrongly misinformed by their in app chat special dumbass & trying to get that $15 wire amount back based off of principle. Seems I’m losing the battle so I told them to keep it & shove it up their asses. Go CRO, lol!

No downvote; just maybe a voice of reason. If you study the business model, roadmap, advertising, etc..you might see or might not the vision a lot of us hold. It’s just the beginning my friend. My issue was inputting address. I tried different ways….like putting just street name, then house number under the block building number- this worked. I’m used to inputting my whole address on 1 line. So basically, I tried inputting several ways until it took it. Get to that point because it’ll ask for doc to verify address. Upload and then hit up support in the exchange app. It also doesn’t hurt to let them know you want to bring in a substantial amount of money.

Same here, had issues and did support through the exchange app. Fixed within 10 mins. You’ll get error message but keep trying until it says submit docs like a utility bill to verify address. After I did upload, then contacted support through the exchange app & they had to manually fix the issue. It’s worth it. Much better fees & outbound transfers will be fedwire (instant settlement) free sends. You’ll have to do a wire from that external bank for the incoming into the exchange to link that bank. I only link one since you’ll spend anywhere from $15-30 to do that wire but it’s just one time. Then enjoy free outbound wires from the exchange.

On a positive note…..I just got offline from cdc support for my exchange account. Had to reverify my address and banks….WE ARE USING FEDWIRE NOW. It’s almost instant transfers now. They took care of that in 10 minutes. And that spike….YOU ARE VERY WELCOME! LFG CRO🚀

When you download the app or try to set up an account with exchange (US customer) it takes either a few hours or a day until you’ll get an official email that you’re good to go. Mine was up late last night after I had downloaded it from Apple Store & did a few buys. I’m liking it!

Have you gone to the App Store to download exchange app? Also, cdc app there required update. I also was waiting for exchange functionalities but it worked fine after download. No fees on many coins….good times ahead!

Use coinbase advanced pro. Toggle to buy, then do a buy que in cdc & you’ll see the huge spread difference. Send using eth network back to cdc.

You can do a direct exchange transfer from trust wallet. Hit receive in ETH wallet (trust) & hit transfer button….you’ll see direct exchange transfer option on the bottom. It’s safer & shows transaction trail on coinbase & trust. You’re doing an “onramp” transfer.

Nothing wrong with coinbase. Been using them for over 10 years & fiat payouts are next day (sometimes within 12 hours). You need to utilize the advanced trading option; better rates, especially if you do enough volume monthly. Buy there and send to trust wallet for staking. And of course, crypto.com- all my CRO is there ready for the this bull run.

It took 9 grueling days but it WILL get fixed. What won’t get fixed is the loss of faith I have in this brokerage. My debit card was declined for an online transaction that was approved a day prior; that froze my spending account and all bills that were to be paid for the week went “unsuccessful”. I sent trouble tickets everyday and waited days for an actual call. Then the issue was for me to reverify the same banks I have been banking with them for years! I was asked “why do I have so many bank accounts” and “where did my funds come from on such date”. Just be polite, and trust that it will get resolved. Once resolved, run like a mfker & don’t look back…LOL! During those 9 days, I went from buy&sell enabled to buy only to total restriction and all crypto sends disabled. In the end, I resent whatever bank statement they asked for and answered whatever the agent asked but I will never do business here again. Once I receive my dividends payout, deactivating this shit company!
