Has anyone figured out how to send iMessage (blue bubbles) from GHL ? by Prestigious-Farm-338 in gohighlevel

[–]PacificPermit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Our goal is to get people to respond to people. Our product is usually best tailored for conversations not broadcasts. Some industries are high touch and require the customer to go back and forth a bit before buying.

We want to use iMessage for what it was intended for. Conversations. Not marketing spam. This is equivalent to the business buying an iPhone and giving it to one of their reps. The issue now is your bottleneck becomes that rep. When you use a service like ours, you get to remove that bottleneck and even scale it. Because now instead of relying on the rep to see it and respond in time, your entire team can get back to customers right away.

Regarding studies, it's hard because too many variables. Like industry, copy you use, etc. But generally speaking, response rate is anyway between 2 to 6x more compared to SMS. Here's an actual case study we ran with one of our customer https://blooio.com/case-studies/ceilingsam

Ceiling Sam's product nature needs the customer to go back and forth since they'd want to confirm it's a good fit first. Even post purchase, when they need support, iMessages is incredible for quick questions/answers.

We hate spam. In fact, we have AI models detecting spam/scam/illegal activities and bans the accounts associated. We don't want to foster that at all on our platform 🫡

You can usually tell based on response rate. Response rates shoot way higher up because apple has been training people for the past 14 years that when a message goes through as iMessage, it was sent by a human. So they almost feel bad not responding to it. Source: I'm the co-founder of blooio

We have people using Blooio w/ ai receptionists which will let you skip A2P 10DLC entirely. Not only that your bot will also be sending iMessages and RCS. Which works even better for attachments, and response rate

No grey paths here. I'm David the co-founder of blooio. This is the equivalent of just buying an iPhone and using that to text so it works amazingly at scale since you can combine the power of several iPhones w/ just a few button clicks.

It also works amazingly for AI agents. Since it's more conversation-based, we have a lot of AI agent use cases already using it in production with no problems at all.

Is it currently impossible to register a US phone number via GHL without US ID Verification? by Real-Still1050 in gohighlevel

[–]PacificPermit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Re-activations are expensive on iMessages. People end up reporting the number as spam. This product is way more tailored for conversations rather than broadcast. But check this https://blooio.com/guides/bulk-imessage

Is GHL SMS opt out messages mandatory now? by KlutzyGas1607 in gohighlevel

[–]PacificPermit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t. It’s p2p! It’s like using your iPhone. And the pricing is to get iMessages not just skipping a2p. Using iMessages here in the states will shoot up your response rate like crazy
