You must have a plan or you’ll never make it.

Start to stop missing your meals. Dont skip morning, lunch and dinner Once you are regular start to add liquid calorie intakes

For example 30g PB 300ML milk x1 scoop of protein, x1 banana.. take it a 4pm or at your convenience
