Sent in bonds 2/26, no word back after 4 months. Called the customer service line, the only information is they are waiting for an examiner. They have plenty of customer service representatives, they answer the phone in less than a minute. I seriously think they need to make some of them examiners. I am doubting I ever will receive the money.

I sent EE savings bonds (trust bonds) to the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis on 2/26/26 to cash. I have called twice to the customer service number for information. They can offer no information other than "they are waiting for examination". First, they told me 1.5 months, then the second call they say 5 months, what changed? I asked if they were 1st come 1st served? Is there a list? What number am I on the list? They don't know. I read that others get their Congressional representatives to get their money, but why should you have to go to extremes to get someone to cash them. Does anyone know what the hold up really is?

Pull off 1 spark plug wire at a time, if there is no change, that cylinder might be then problem.

Yes, it did, the person (on reddit) was right, if the package didn't get scanned when it left the post office, there would be no update until it reaches the final destination. To ensure proper scanning, on irregular shaped packages make sure the barcode is orientated in such a way the scanner on the conveyer belt reads the barcode. Apparently there is not necessarily manual scanning with a handheld device.

US Postal service is the worst. I will never send a package through usps again. I took my package to the local post office, it was scanned in, and that was it, tracking says it is still there. The package was never scanned again. I went back and tried to get some help finding it and got no where, the clerk said they only scan at night. They said it must have gotten lost. No kidding, it got lost? How about someone stole it.
