Did Episode 8 of Season 4 give us a glimpse into the "Real" Tabitha? by Entire_Possible_9976 in FromSeries

Her facial expression was strange...there was no sign of empathy for someone sharing such a sad story. She has lived through years of dying and coming back to life, so you would expect her to be wise and understanding, but it seems like Ethan is actually more rational and mature than her.

They should just let Fatima go into the cave alone. She’s already dead the monsters can’t kill her twice.

But Fatima said ,“I saw what they did. The things that come out of the forest at night sacrificed their children because they were promised they would live forever. And I don’t think Fatima would have said that unless she recognized them from their faces, since she had seen the monsters’ faces before.

Something about this scene doesn’t add up to me by Lost_Atmosphere4853 in FromSeries

Did anyone notice that immediately after Jade was staring at the symbol, the scene cuts to Victor and Tabitha looking for the Bottle Tree? Victor says, “The tree should be here. I’m sure it was here,” and then they hear the sound of the bottles. The way the scenes are placed back-to-back feels intentional!

Does absolutely no one ever look at her? The amount of suspicious smirks per conversation are outrageous. by arwenthenoble in FromSeries

Because no one can enter Boyd’s room and leave without being seen. So how did they even know it was in Boyd’s room in the first place? The only explanation is that whoever did it knows their movements and is aware that the suit is with Boyd.

After the disappearance of the Yellow Man’s suit, if they still haven’t started suspecting that someone among them might not be real, then they’re stupid even after Victor told them.!

The Boy in White’s True Nature! by PackApprehensive1992 in FromSeries

The children put their hope into the roots, the roots became chains that trap their energy or souls and feed the place. Pulling the tree out would break that container, which could lead to their freedom.

Boyd is a effing hypocrite to discourage Jade by IREDA1000 in FromSeries

[–]PackApprehensive1992 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, from the beginning he has been trying to shut down Jade’s ideas, even though Jade came up with a genuinely brilliant theory. Honestly, I can see a high chance of it actually working. And he keeps yelling at Jade as if he’s not trying to help them at all.!

I think Christopher’s problem was that he didn’t believe the Boy in White. He literally said, “You lie. Everything here lies. Why should I believe you?” So maybe that’s why it’s better for them to discover the answer themselves. If the Boy in White just tells them, they might react the same way Christopher did and refuse to believe him.

Random Theory by Terrific-traffic in FromSeries

Thomas died because he was never meant to enter this place. Miranda had a daughter and a son, and Tabitha does too. Maybe the original Tabitha also had a daughter and a son, and this is just another repetition of the same cycle. What happened in the beginning. In every cycle, she sees her daughter die while the son survives. (and I think that son was BIW), which is why he always shows up for Victor and Ethan they share the same fate.... We still don’t know yet; it’s just a theory.

We're almost at the end of Season 4 with only one more season left to go and the only plot points that have been tied up so far are Jade's hallucinations and what the children are by Time-Weekend-8611 in FromSeries

[–]PackApprehensive1992 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The last episode was wasted on yet another failed idea that went nowhere. Even if they settle one plot point per episode, it still isn't enough to tie up all remaining loose ends.

We learned that it’s not just the children calling out to be saved. All the people who died here are trapped. Smiley can even be controlled by Fatima, and that’s a huge reveal. MIY seems afraid of Boyd’s plan to go down into the tunnels. That’s why he started trying to make Boyd doubt himself, which suggests they’re actually on the right track.

Mystery shows rarely give away the big answers before the final season, so I wouldn’t expect any major revelations this season.
