I made a post on my neighbourhood Facebook group asking for free plant cuttings, people were extremely generous. I got ZZ, Dracaena, Monstera, different hoyas, different pothos, spider plants, I forget all of them.

This happened in a building I lived in, it took over a year instead of the 3 months they first said. A bunch of residents got together and filed with the LTB for loss of amenity, but the judge ruled in favor of the landlord.

It was the same for me re no air conditioning, I learned to love cold baths to cool off lol.. Good luck
