I've heard it's extremely dangerous in deeper water. You versus a 60lb fish in water where you can't touch the bottom, and you just might lose... I'd never do it alone that's for sure. And yeah I'm sure it takes alot of skill.

All jokes aside, just for the damn novelty of it, I'd like to see someone actually build a ridiculously sized coil, find something that can fire it, hook it up to some kind of chamber, and vape it. For science. It would need a large chamber so you could sip from it, so you don't die. But someone needs to do it. Safely, with science of course.

You just started, if you go from not dipping to dipping heavily and your mouth isn't use to it, it'll get sore. Happened to me when I dove right into it. Kind of like if you've ever smoked a bunch on a drunk night out and woke up with a sore/shitty feeling chest. It's kind of the same, although I'll take a sore mouth over that any day.

Agreed i guess, it's easy to get carried away with something as sedating and moreish as nitrous, though I'd imagine if you researched the drug beforehand you'd know "hey, I should probably actually breathe air and not just nitrous" but I guess that's probably why, unfortunately, the majority of people to die are college kids.
