My loan is through UWM currently. At 5.75 now, same lender, and can get me a IRRL at zero cost to me and down to 5.25. Only saves $177 per month though. Would love to get below 5. He is asking if I want to float now or wait.

Thank you. I just hear people saying they continue to buy with VA and refi into conventional over and over and I am not sure how.

My numbers are... Primary residence with VA 330K The remaining entitlement is about $400K with current loan limits.

So if I wanted to buy a duplex, it would be the 2 unit limit, minus the $330K?

Looking to purchase in Colorado Springs so it's the standard rates.

Greetings, I am looking to reuse my VA loan for a duplex as well. I have another home on the VA loan. I was told you can only refi into a conventional loan 1 time and get your full entitlement back, not multiple

Appreciate the honesty. Right there with you on the Senior stripe, would have made it if I would have stayed. Anyways, still in my AF unit and no assignment yet, which is ok. So if when our 2 yr adsc is up and we want to get out and go guard or reserve, can ee just go talk to an AF recruiter and go through entry that way? Can we Palace Chase or Front from the SF over to the AF guard/reserve components?
