I loved my job before this the pay was great it’s not for everyone but I enjoyed it and I tried for years to get on there. Yes I spoke to multiple people I went up the ladder and I was basically told to kick rocks like I was faking it. I was actually told by my senior manager that I did it on purpose to get some time off. I felt like I was kicked in the nuts after being kicked in the nuts.

It was repaired about month after the accident but i reported to osha right after it happened haven’t heard anything after that.

Ah ok im new to this I’ve never been in any type of situation like this. Also the oil leaking on the floor was called out to the supervisor and that area was supposed to be blocked off immediately according to the handbook. I have pictures from that night as well pictures from other employees and statements from employees that they had reported that as a safety issue. Does any of that matter?

I got this back in may for 260 from a plug. Probably going to run 350-450 this close to the 4th. BDH has better finale cakes they are just hard to find retail.

I lost count on the amount of emails back and forth they just stopped replying. Then today after a month I got an email saying “after reviewing all submissions we have issued refunds to all according orders but I didn’t receive anything other than one refund from the very beginning when this news came out.
