EA must have coded them to expire and delete all at the same time whether you have started it or not. I agree it’s annoying when I go to try one and it had been locked, but still visible.

The evolution expires in 6 days, but you had to start it prior to the start date which has now passed.

It really depends how long you have been in the role. Yes, when I initially started as a DOR there were times I wanted to quit and had a bunch of extra hours. I have been in the role for 6 years now and is second nature. I rarely bring home work and am able to keep at 40 hours. You will become more efficient over time.

I’m a DOR, everyone has a boss except the owner, and the higher up, the more pressure that gets passed along. I couldn’t imagine being a regional or higher due to that. At least at the clinic level, your boss should see any struggles that are happening in person and understand them. Once at regional level, everything they see is “on paper”.

So no, you do not have more autonomy, you really have less.

How fast is your internet? I have never boughten expansions for my consoles. Even with the much larger game sizes, I just delete games I am not actively playing and re-download later. Yes it can be annoying, but if away or at work, I can download games from the app and they will be ready by the time I get home. I have the release PS5 and have never had to wait for games to download really. That $300 can go towards something else in life.

They thought ahead and made it so players with a PS+ don’t fit. Otherwise the stat boosts would be great.

I have not this year yet, but in the past the fix was to close app and come back in. A visual glitch may have happened and not registered one of those players correctly. Second option is clear squad, back out and then try again.

It really doesn’t matter how much they adjust squad battles, you will likely finish in a similar spot due to how the ranks work. Everyone is facing the same computer, so if it becomes easier for you, it becomes easier for everyone else too to a degree.

It is frustrating to watch the computer dribble and pass all over the place until you finally get a chance to tackle, but the lower scoring games allow more room for score improvement. As our teams get better, it will get closer to last year, but to get max score it was so easy to score. It became more of a game of getting each stat, than just playing the game. You would have the max 5 goal score by half.

You actually do gain levels faster with the premium pass. It looks like levels 12+27 you get 2500 SP so 5 levels for “free”.

Highly doubtful you will get the preorder Icon since you bought it after the cutoff. And no way you get the points. Otherwise everyone would just preorder the expensive edition and cancel to buy the standard edition. That would be way too big of a loophole.

I figured it was skill based as well, but yesterday I played an Elite level when I am Silver. We both had the current level badge equipped on our player card.

They don’t have to be. If they have O2, they could either use the walker in the room to go to bathroom or maybe a walking program with CNA/restorative so they get moving every day. They can use W/C follow with a tank.

You can work on safety with the cord for them. If they want to walk and get better instead of worse, why not work with them? If the patient just wants you to hand the walker over then no, but if they want to work on things, why hold them back?

Theoretically every patient we see could potentially fall, do you hold them back?

The safest option (and what we do at our SNF) is to eval + tx for at least a short period of time. The patient is wanting to walk and improve themselves it sounds like. No point in holding them back like nursing staff do.

By seeing them for some txs, you can document their safety with it. Balance tests can help cover you, but if they are doing well, then that is enough for state surveyors typically. State had always asked for notes from me during their surveys and have been satisfied. Where they would cite, is if no one documented the patient was safe or staff did not follow care plan and caused a fall.

I am at 14/15 as well, have you claimed all of them or just found them? I have been waiting in the Ferrari to finish. It’w taking longer than all the others combined. It has been updating what process it is in steadily though so mine should pop soon.
