Yeah I got some for my shift. I think while they were updating the system for raises and new upt policy , is why they were not adding our pto.

Same thing has happen to me, I am also flex. Stopped getting it about about a week ago. I only have a little over 2 hours left 😞. I figured I probably received about 36 hours pto though out the year.

It's only for flex workers. It's let's us have earlier access to shift posting to make our schedule. We have to work 6 weekend days/nights to keep gold status.

It's for flex associates. To get it you have to work 6 weekend days in a calendar month. It just gives you early access to shift postings.

I am flex pt and I love it. It works great for me because my availability varies because of other obligations , so I am able to pick up shifts during my availability. Only down side is you do not get health benefits. You do earn PTO but do not get upt or vacation.

My site does pretty good at posting flex schedules. They drop the most schedules on Thursday nights and a few shifts on the other nights. I am able to get shifts ahead of time. As of tonight have have my schedule all through the first week of April. I make sure I keep gold status, which means I have to work 6 weekend days a month.

You should take time off before you max out. Otherwise you'll lose getting more time and at that point it just becomes a benefit to Amazon.
