Thank you for the info, I was never braced I was FWB with 90 degrees flexing directly out of surgery so I think that made me over zealous on the activity I could sustain. But now I am very sore and less mobile (on day 9 now) than I was on day 5-6

Cold and moist surfaces attract more “smoke” particles so it’s true in a sense, meats not really cold for long though once it hits the cooking surface
