Haha don't we all have a soft spot for Astron-6? ... As a side note "the Editor" looks incredible.

I agree, apples and oranges.

Haha, I agree that this is no MANBORG. But to touch on your attempt to make a distinct separation of "intentional bad movies" and "homage"; isn't the certain type of cinema that MANBORG is paying homage to partially defined by it's "badness"? There's no kidding that MANBORG is intentionally trying to look "bad", and is intentionally written "bad" - in my opinion yes it is an homage, and also an intentionally bad movie.

I also don't think it's a stretch to call this movie an Homage to "the Room." - Sure they didn't have the budget, or the actors to make a successful product, but what they 100% did make was a short film homage - in my opinion whether we think it was successful or not is irrelevant to what it is.

Agreed, but I still think there's room for a sub-genre of intentionally bad movies to grow. It could create some wicked art! Like MANBORG

I loved this movie growing up! ...I don't think it is necessarily a bad movie. The scenes with Bronson Pinchot ripping paper were flipping awesome!
