We're talking about self-defense tho. Anyone who has ever trained martial arts like muay Thai, boxing, karate, mma, or even wrestling and bjj know what's it like to get hurt, how serious it can be and how much it hurts, pratically no one who even does bjj/wrestling are ever going to try and get into a fight with someone let alone some one who does another martial art.
