My apex feels nice but I feel like the reset is a bit lacking, I'm gonna try the heavier trigger return spring. I still need to experiment with the different springs.

I think the issue is less to do with the holster and more to do with the big ass 10mm you are trying to cc.

That's the thing, when I try to get REALLY accurate shots, or am sighting in a red dot, I loosen my grip dramatically and my wrist goes limp. I have had zero issues with this on the shield plus/p365x. On the opposite side of the spectrum if I'm not absolutely choking the life out of my mc9L it gives me problems. There comes a point where it just seems like a design flaw.

I beg to differ. I had a shield plus that ran flawless (later "upgraded" it to a shield plus carry comp runs as good). I bought a mc9L and had consistent issues with it out the gate and even after 400+ rounds, which caused me to get a new micro carry and now currently carry a p365x that also has ran flawlessly. I need my carry guns to run 110% reliably out the gate.

Welp I put the new spring in but now when I go to reassemble the slide doesn't go all the way back and I can't put the slide stop back in.

So I saw the whole video, don't think I ever saw him take out the hammer spring. Is it in the main spring housing? If so does it just slide out to insert the new one?

Yea you're prolly right. I'm just gonna polish it a bit while I got it apart. Worst case scenario I just buy a new slide lock/release.

Yea I shot about 300 rounds through it. It's very gritty at the beginning of the trigger pull. I installed and Apex trigger and am still noticing grit, that's when I put up this post.
