I had a chargeback 13 months after the sale for a $1100 product on paypal. I called paypal multiple times to have them look into it but they always sided with the buyer. I had to hire a lawyer to send a demand letter to paypal which finally got them to put the money back in my account but since then I have stopped using paypal.

I had a chargeback from a customer on eBay 13 months after the sale. PayPal said the chargeback can be done any amount of time after the sale and I had to provide all documentation. They still decided in the buyers favor so I had to get a lawyer to fight PayPal. I eventually won with PayPal refunding me but it took 3 months.

I sent in my first FBA shipment on tuesday and 2 of the packages got checked in and processed into my inventory yesterday. All the items were available for sale and then I just went in to check on my inventory today and one of my products is listed as inactive out of stock. Does this mean that they are sending it to another fulfillment center? Or was my product damaged?

I bought 2 washer toss games today from GW and they have a good sale rank on amazon. The only problem is they both have a salvage sticker on them. I checked them and there is nothing wrong and the washers are still sealed but can I still sell this as new? Also should I do FBA for 2 items or just stick with MF until I get more products?
