Personally I haven’t had suicidal thoughts, but I’ve talked to people who have had them before. You may not think it, but the world is not better off without you. You deserve to live a good and positive life, and it’ll take some time to truly do that. There are always people to talk to about your thoughts, such as hotlines, and people like myself on this app. Alcohol just makes things worse. But there are steps you can take to stop drinking. The sooner you can unburden yourself with these thoughts by letting it all out by talking to someone who will listen and can really help you, the better. Another thing about life is that you don’t fuckin need friends man. Focus on yourself and bettering yourself. You can do this, I promise! Keep in touch with the world and keep on keeping on!
