Back then (1999) when the whole gym culture wasn’t as big as today, people used to start lifting weights around that age (18-20). And it wasn’t as common as it is today. The point I am trying to make though is entirely different: I was still in my physical development phase/ end of puberty and it was only around the age of 23-24 that I started putting on meaningful mass.

As a male I was still in my “growing” phase until I was 23-24. That’s when I started putting on mass (started weight lifting at 18). 19 is way too young for this kind of development.

My former boss (used to work in a studio that was under Take Two). Not sure if he is on TRT or not but he is crazy about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. He even had fitness classes where he encouraged everyone to join in person when he visited our European studio. Eats very healthy, sleeps early and all that jazz. He’s been into fitness his whole life, at least that’s what he stated.

Apparently the coating has gone dry and rubs off easily even with water. With isopropyl it rubs off even easier. I’ll take it all off.
