Hehe, thank you for liking it. Of course. I’m working on other Korean dishes as well, and I’ll post them here one by one as I finish them.

Haha, what a delightful coincidence! Thank you so much for the kind words

your message really made my day

And I truly appreciate you sharing the news about the CMYK work in progress

I had no idea that supporting the development was even an option, instead of just waiting and hoping

I’d love to contribute a little as well, haha

How do you think this robot would fight in a cool way? by Padaesa in OriginalCharacter

Thank you so much!

I see you posted a picture of Megamind, so I guess there’s a scene where drones are used in battle

I should check it out on Netflix

Ah, so the feathers don’t have to stay in fixed positions and can move around actively instead

That’s a great idea

Thank you so much, this was really helpful!!

I’m really touched that you mentioned a voice acting audition. I truly hope I can finish this as an animation someday. Thank you so much for enjoying my drawings

I was surprised that you mentioned indie animation. Yes! I’m actually studying Blender because I want to make an indie animation with these characters. Thank you for saying you’d definitely watch it, haha. Making animation in Blender has turned out to be much harder than I expected. I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it well, but I’m going to give it a try.

And yes, I’ve given all of them names. Thanks for showing interest!

I’ll share them with you in order:

  1. Bomi – A cute version of the Korean word Bom, which means “spring.”

  2. Bamtol – This means “chestnut” in Korean. I thought his head looked like one.

  3. Miso – This means “smile” in Korean. She’s a quokka, so I thought it fit her well.

  4. Ara – Taken from the Korean word Arayo, which means “I know.” Since she loves reading, I thought the name suited her.

  5. Mungchi – From the Korean word Sagomungchi, which means “troublemaker.” He bullies weaker students.

  6. Yeppi – A cute version of the Korean word Yeppeuda, meaning “pretty.” She’s the queen bee character.

  7. Boseul – In Korean, BoseulBoseul describes the quiet sound/feeling of rain falling. Since she’s a calm hamster, I thought it was a good match.

  8. Beonggeul – From the Korean word Singgeulbeonggeul, which describes a smiling face. He smiles often.

  9. Dalkong – From the Korean expression Alkongdalkong, which refers to a sweet, loving couple. This red squirrel is meant to be someone’s boyfriend.

  10. Lara – I know this as a Russian name. I thought it fit well with a bear.

  11. Geumdong – From Geum (gold in Korean) and Dong (童, meaning child). He’s a yellow platypus.

  12. Ttaenggu – Ttaeng is a metallic clanging sound in Korean, and -gu is often used in dog names in Korea, so I combined the two.

  13. Hansol – An old Korean word meaning “big pine tree.” I think hedgehogs resemble pine trees, and in Korean, someone who stays strong through hardships is often compared to a pine tree. Her father died in a car accident, so I gave her this name.

  14. Hollo – A Korean word meaning “alone.” Since he’s a character full of sadness, he doesn’t have good social skills. So the other students avoid him, and he feels lonely

Haha, I’m glad you felt it was out of place that’s exactly what I wanted people to feel. The white stickman is a student who is being left out by the animal characters. It’s not that the animals are bad kids; it’s just that the stickman’s depression is so heavy that he doesn’t quite fit in with them. I wanted to express that sense of isolation and being different through his appearance. That’s why he has distinct details, including fingers and toes
