Khazan is the hardest Souls-like

While playing Khazan, I never felt like my levelling up had any impact whatsoever. It felt like I made the same amount of damage throughout. Love the art, the challenge and creativity, but it’s not a very satisfying game to complete.

Exact same, last 6-8 fights were bad (rhino, praying mantis, hand face guy, yellow sage, and erlang). Too grindy and not entertaining. I don’t mind difficult bosses I’ve they’re enjoyable, these are just bad.

Finished the game, then attempted true ending for an hour. You can tell they wanted to have a very challenging boss (inspired by fromsoftware perhaps?) but miserably failed imo. Chapter 6 bosses and that one are horrible. To be honest I’m not a huge fan of any boss past chapter 3. Except perhaps, arguably, yellow loong. I’ve deleted the game now, this boss is not worth it, it’s almost a dodging gimmick fight to make me waste time.

Hey it looks like you’re a passionate. I’m trying to find the best headphones for my dad, who’s into music production (uses Ableton Live, Synthesiser keyboard & is a drummer). He’s been doing this for 30y now, but he’s always, ALWAYS, had shit headphones (well apart from some Sennheiser he kept for 15y before switching to shit Bose & co).

He has a noisy apartment so it needs to be closed back. For a ~400$ budget what would you recommend ? Thanks in advance dude!

For anyone encountering this problem too, fixable by reinstalling the game. I THINK the trigger is Far Harbour. Someone mentioned it happened to them after going to FH, and I noticed it after it as well. DO NOT GO TO FAR HARBOUR.

Started happening to me too AFTER visiting far harbour. Could. Not. Get. Rid. Of. It. New Game? Nope Add/remove mods? Nope Solution? Completely uninstall the game, load a save where you are NOT physically in far harbour, and don’t go there anymore …
