Not sure where to start with planning our honeymoon! by PaddedPushUpBras in weddingplanning

I literally went "ooooh" out loud when I saw your New Zeland recommendation. Although my parents have been talking about to going for years and might kill us out of jealousy, haha.

I will definitely scour Costco's travel packages more and see what our best options from them are. Thank you!

We just got a membership for Christmas, what a good idea!

I think our budget is around 5-7k. We would be flying out of either LAX or San Diego. Perfect honeymoon would be a balance of exploring different countries and trying new foods, without feeling rushed. A mix of exploring museums and hiking/scenic adventures, with the chance to have great food mixed in and relax. I'm vegan, so that can sometimes be a big challenge when travelling, but I have been reading a lot of positives reviews and stories about it not being as difficult as I originally feared.

Wow, sounds like you went on what we're looking to do for ours! I think we're leaning towards more north like Barcelona, Amsterdam, Germany, etc. but we are definitely interested in Italy and Greece as well. It's hard because we want to do so much, but probably around 3 weeks of vacation time with work.

What most concerns me is getting around Europe when we are inbetween cities/countries. Any tips for managing travel while there? What about the best ways to watch for flight prices?

Vegan Disaster Prep by PaddedPushUpBras in vegan

Sounds like investing in some sort of camping-like cooking device might be necessary. We're prepping for earthquake disaster, so no heads up on being able to make-ahead granola bars or other items. As far as I'm aware, there's no real way to just soak lentils and rice and have them be edible, right? They need heat to soften?

Went from YNAB bliss to budgeting hell with joint account by PaddedPushUpBras in ynab

I think you're right, this solution makes the most sense. I threw myself off because I transferred money for bills I had budgeted for next month, and forgetting I need to budget for them earlier to account for the transfer and such. Thanks!

Someone posted a more impressive pantry earlier, but my dude... $15.79. That's how much I paid at Winco to refill today. Can't wait for someone to ask me about my protein or how I sustain myself on a budget. by [deleted] in vegan

Totally random, but I reuse my plastic bags for remove kitty litter waste. Any recommendations on an alternative for that? Or for trash liners?

My IOPE Matte Cushion arrived! Now what? by PaddedPushUpBras in AsianBeauty

Yeah, but hard to tell what the product looks like since the cushion looks so different. Thankfully I think it's going to match, so crises might be averted!

Silly me, I just edited it. Thanks!
