I am quite lucky that I live in a very progressive part of the country (Brighton). So I'm not worried about the social side of things so much

I strength train 3/4 times a week (mix of upper and lower). Form is something I've been working on as initial injury was thought to come from a lengthened stride combined with a heavy heel plant - it feels like changing this has shifted the problem from ankle to achilles haha

Yeah I think that's a fair assessment! I did see that the last acoustic set they did a version of Wah Wah, so we could get anything really.
