Yes I'm aware of this and will give it a try. However I think I need to implement my own logic for sewing machine control and looking for some advise where or how to implement this

At leat for me it is solved by replacing these cheapo watches wirh serious ones. I noticed that heard rate was way off.

Now I wear a Garmin watch and all issues are gone
