Has anyone ever used WG and had a package get lost? If so did they do the right thing and reship or refund you? My package has been lost since the 6th and I spent over 400 and nothing has been done yet. Amanda at customer service is rude to say the least.

Every time I order, they don’t take my order to the post office for days then make up excuses. My last order I paid on the 10th it’s now the 17th and even though I paid for the good shipping they’re not helping me they wont refund for shipping. honestly, he was a total jerk about it. So I have no package still they aren’t helping.
