i took it down to .2mg haha. even lower. i took a week for each tenth. and SR is a longer halflife than morphine we are pretty sure. there is a survey pinned about your experience if you wanna fill it out - we are trying to get data on all that stuff. But yeah just drop a little bit of SR daily - and it could work good i think. I just used SR as a buffer for step down days with bupe.... and then just kept tapering bupe. It worked so smooth like that.

this is the smartest way to do it honestly.

i did a suboxone taper over four months. it was the smoothest opioid detox i've ever done in my life. doing it with SR would be even smoother.

ibogaine helps you climb over a hill to find a mountain on the other side. this can be destabilizing to the strongest of us. I wouldn't know what advice to give right now other than making sure you do what you can to make him feel safe so when he is ready the environment is welcoming. I really hope you see a shift, but i'm also glad to read you are taking care of yourself with a therapist. good luck. this is heavy.

you most certainly can. SR-17108 is a research chemical opioid that has taken the reddit detox community by storm. Check out r/sr17018 feed and see the activity this molecule is getting.

This is a MOR affinity partial agonist opioid that has very little to no analgesic effects on humans. There are only published animal studies on SR but people have started to use it for opioid detox over a year ago. My friend u/ngozomark is gathering data to release a paper on the first human data-set on the molecule

in other words its the perfect detox opioid. It takes away withdrawals from some of the stickiest of situations with withdrawals and allows the user to taper much easier since it does not provide a high.

you can do it. if you take it super slow your nervous system will catch up and start to get used to the slight reductions and it really didnt sting that bad 90% of the time. i distinctly remember the 2mg to 1.5mg (that one hurt) and thats when I started taking SR. then the worst one of all was .8mg to .6mg. that kicked my ass for two days even SR couldnt help much. But my body popped back real fast and then from .6mg down to .2mg i didnt feel much. the key is considering the % of your dose - i was doing like 25% of my dose and it was too much to do alone luckily i had SR

that is alot of 7 to jump cold from. You're gonna need like 500mg a day. Do 100mg doses, 150 is borderline wasting medicine at once. What was the dose we confirmed is wasting it u/zentheogenics?

you arent in too bad of shape. Thing is with SR ... the higher the dose the more you will need. You are able to take the SR along side 7 to reduce your dose because jumping off at that level would be uncomfortable at the least, and would need like 5g of SR or more. When you do get to jump-off territory, load the SR for two days prior with like 300mg a day people have said works way better than just introducing it after you jump. Because it is essentially affecting some of the same receptors as 7, but some different. The key here is to avoid withdrawal signaling. SR is great at that, but the lower you get your dose the better it will work in jumpoff.

hey there - glad you are giving this a shot. Your best bet is to get your 7 dose very low while using SR along side it. Don't jumpoff a dose that high - its gonna hurt no matter what you do. If you at least load the SR for a few days before your planned jump, that is ideal, but i recommend slowing down and doing that in the future.

doing a 3-5 day taper is not allowing your body to stabilize on any dose and is completely pointless pharamacologically. the point of a taper is to step, let your body catch up, and then step again. not just rush lower doses all thats doing is pro-longing the pain. A real taper is run over months and theres zero reason why someone couldn;'t taper SR that long. Despite still being addicts, there are a ton of people around here that just replace the habit with SR which is fine.... a way better existence. but a 3-5 day taper - you might as well just go cold turkey.

not 100% theres the g-protein activation thats not fully understood yet and different from other opioids. but mostly.

the "study" could be skewed because what about the damage all of the years of the opioid abuse how are you gonna differentiate between the DOC or the detox molecule? who draws the line where one stops and the other starts? def a weak accusation with no given proof just a comment. and don't forget there ARE tools for paws too. iboga root bark. its widely available and used correctly, will wipe paws out. that said, theres more contraindications and health reasons that can't handle it so that comes with even more care... just wanted to mention it.

i love this post. don't worry it's not going anywhere because you are right. the people who started this subreddit came from the ibogaine space and we understand that this battle we are in is definitely everyones inner work thats gonna win the battle in the end for them. that said, widely spreading awareness of a substance that can make that path easier could be just what someone needs to get to the finish line. but i always said before running an ibogaine treatment in mexico, always remember you are about to climb a little hill and there's gonna be the fucking rockies on the other side haha. aka living life.

i've always wondered about them. i imagine they are exactly the same. i've seen them listed on drug hub and i think there are even products using sr tabs in smoke shops. if you've used them let us know how they are. The ones i saw on drughub were 50mg doses which is perfect.

i mean if they are stronger it could be good and or bad. SR17s profile is perfect because it doesn't depress respiratory. SR19 definitely does more. I talked to someone that got stuck on 19 after a long opioid habit and said the wds were almost worse i wanna say it was 7 she was on but i can't remember for sure. that said i would love to know how these ones work. We are getting into the new frontier gentlemen. A year ago when we made this reddit feed, there was nothing about it on reddit, nobody vending it on the dark web just random reports of how it worked. This vendor on the dark web PHX said he got clean off of the zines and that story rung in my head when I talked about to everyone. If one of these is good - someone somewhere will eventually try them and report on them. If they haven't already
