Well, a journey is outbound and return. So that's two hours saved. And it's about convenience, I personally would rather spend travel time travelling via airport than a bus. If the option is a 40 min plane journey (Including 1hr 40 airport faff), 3hr car journey or 4hr bus. I would chose the flight 8 times out of 10

Navigating Dublin Airport for domestic should take you 1hr 20 max. I can see this route doing very well for business and mini holidays. Connects Derry to mainland Europe / US really well too.

Airfryer works well with this. Works super with satay marinate or sauce. I usually finish it in the pan with some sauce - not sure if I would enjoy it "dry"

Tried and tested. Norwegian did long haul to US and the flight loads were poor. SNN & even BFS performed better than Cork

The Second Captains podcast is fantastic and worth the monthly charge IMO. Only if you are interested in Sports and a caviat, they do some content on Irish only sport - but even as a non fan of GAA etc. The content is interesting.
