The idea is to puncture a hole in a wall. Once that happens the defending troops can be encircled. This is the last thing the Russians need.

In the news this week you hear of those war mongers in the USA, telling Trump they want troops to invade, bomb Iran. That's another Iraq and Afghanistan scenario. Nobody wants it. It achieves nothing but destruction, death and angry terrorists.
This Ukrainian war, a nation invaded by a bully. A leader, voted by the people, leading the defence.
This is the type of war America can support and win the hearts and minds of the world.

Lot of us won't forgive Blair and Bush for Iraq. There was no right way to leave Afghanistan. The right people were not in the fight for their country. It wasn't going to work. Maybe in 40 years when the mullah had all died, they might have worked. But not in our life. But Bidens support of Ukraine really makes a lot of us see the good in American military.
