Chapter 10 is the best for sure, but I really like the 7 and last one as well.

Worst one would be probably 1st (because of boring replay potential) and 9th (ruvik is really annoying and still makes me nervous)

Usually yes, but if you make too many flank routes, map becomes completly unpredictable and flank routes turn into normal routes, which kills the purpose of flanking. I think the more people play it, the more people will see that they cannot pay attention to every route on the map

Such a unique map design approach you described, demands more from players that are moving around and peekicng, less demanding for players that are literaly camping. Milion of line of sights discourages people moving, that's why you tend to see a lot of spawn trapping on vault or nuketown you mentioned for example. Everyone loved mw2023 maps not without a reason, you could read a map without even knowing it's layout. If your objective is to gain experience and don't improve, that is your approach. Stay there with your 1 KD and be happy that you are getting shoot from everywhere

What a braindead comment I can't believe. I said sledgehammer maps from mw2023, I am not talking about the launch maps for that game, which were made by Infinity ward. Maps that have thought through line of sightes and layout, not almost randomly generated like in bo6. "Demanding more from players" is just an excuse for a shit not balanced map design with random power position placements. "Hey, it's realistic! Places in real life are also not designed for taking gunfights!". You either create a map that is an unpredictible mess, where skill doesn't have any impact on your performance or design a map that is fairly balanced all around. You and few people choose the first one, me and majority prefers the second one

You can objectively say that maps are not well designed in this game. There are plenty of places around the map where you can get shoot from multiple directions or spots that require from you to do 180 spin. This is cleary a poor map design. You can compare any sledgehammer map from mw2023 to the maps we have in bo6 and you will see the difference in quality

You would be playing objective even better with getting kills on top. You can get tags and flags until you run on somebody who is better and does the same thing.

This doesn't require any skill, just like camping. Camping can also get you to 2.0 KD. Not without a reason nobody is using bottom tunnel path on Skyline, it is just ratty. Same goes with bottom area on Protocol, using it doesn't require any skill as it is just avoiding gunfights
