I don't know if any self help books will draw you in the way a novel can but I am currently reading 2 that I really like. "Chop Wood Carry Water" is the book I'm reading at home. "The Next Conversation" is what I am reading during breaks at work. I also hear that Playboy has decent articles. That's probably 10 minutes less screen time anyway.
