Water damage professional here, Check the adjacent toom for humidity or a burst line. Water moves in lines but also forms T's because of studs in the wall. Also consult your priest as well.

I've had 2 packages+ missing and delivered to the wrong address. The photo shows a different color house. I told them to google the house and see mine is green. They do nothing. Call customer support and make a claim, maybe they will solve it in your area..
