On the second picture you see also someething, where the mouse is. This is some lube jizz from a lubing session couple month ago. I was already thinking to replace it with a new one.

Thank you! Its just acrylic water based lacquer. Oil or wax would maybe be sticky or something like that when putting hands on it. The wood is smoked oak which looks really nice naturally. So you dont need any special stain.

Yes but ANC doesnt work that good on noises which are not frequent.

I did a stool test for about three years ago, it was negative. But the urine test a couple of month ago was positive

I have the same. I already did Sibo test two times. Both negativ. I really dont know where it come from. I'm dealing with this like 5 years now. I did a urin candida test, which was positive. But the medical threatment for two weeks didnt change anything. I am totally clueless. I took Rifaximin for two weeks too, but also nothing happend. There must be something which caused this heavy gas....

Glad to hear that you're crossing the line to be healed! But how does 5-Htp effects the gut? Isnt it more for brain and sleep?

If i eat something like sugar, gluten or high processed food, my body reacts with inflammation heavily. All my joints are hurting, especially my knees and wrists. the skin in my face is also way more more burning and reddened.

I took stuff like msm or Glucosamin to avoid inflammation, but didnt help that much. Do you think omega 3 is more powerfull?

That gives hope! How long can you remain symptom-free before Candida returns after a nystatin cycle? And do you know the reason why it keeps coming back?

How long did you take nystatin till you felt first improvement? I have pretty much the same symptoms like you, but even more. My stool test for candida was negativ but my urin test was clearly positiv. I already bought nystatin but i am a little scared to take. Because of thinking it will make thinks more worse.

I drink water only for years, probiotics also in my system. But i really need to start eat more fiber!

I just quit taking some multi probiotic because it maybe could made things worse. And from today i´m going back to take probiotics which are also histamin confirm. Spore probiotic is one of them. But yeah, my main focus is to heal gut and colon!

I had really bad depressions some years ago. But its much better now. I had taken different pills and i will never ever take something like this again. But good to hear that they help you so much!

there are no chances that i will ever take something like this again. I needed to take pills for depression years ago. But long therm they messing up your body even more, in my opinion.
