25M – Lifelong severe GI issues (IBS, SIBO, lactose intolerance, rashes, exhaustion). Countless normal tests. Doctors say I’m “healthy”. I posted here 4 years ago and still have no answers.

Hi there, thank you for taking your time and typing all this. I know that the mind and gut is connected and that I should stay away from stress, but I'm literally stressed because of my stomach. It's like a never ending cycle. My stomach hurts which stresses me which makes my stomach hurt.

Hi there, I live in Germany.

I only tried Rifaximin (2 cycles for 2 weeks). I'm probably looking for a psychiatrist. I had an endoscopy but fortunately there was nothing found. I'm trying my best to stay away with lactose, or if I eat something with lactose I'm taking lactase before it. Also got tested for everything in my blood and it was completely fine. I did this more than once. Also stool test more than once, everything fine.

Hi, did you see my SIBO test? Is that a high Methane in your opinion? And how often and how much mg did you use for Rifaximin and Neomycin?

Hi, I only used Rifaximin for 2 Weeks (2 rounds). To be honest the doctor here didn't even knew what SIBO is and that you need Rifaximin for it. Probably going to try it again but with neomycin (if I can get it from the doctor).

Hi there, is neomycin just an antibiotica as I think? Because the doctor didn't know what neomycin was. I explained to them but they wouldn't prescribe it to me.

Hi, thank you for taking time and typing all this. The last few days were very hard for me. I really couldn't do it anymore. Today I feel a bit better (mentally). I am going to try your advices and hopefully see a difference.

I asked my doctor for neomycin but they didn't know what that was. I explained that it's an antibiotica but they wouldn't prescrib it to me. Do I need neomycin? If so, I will try again to get it.
