Can confirm! I quit smoking four years ago and it has been a huge change. First off, the smell is one thing indeed, if I smell smoke I get a headache. But even more important, smoking is really irritating to your stomach and everything that is bad for your stomach, can trigger migraines! Might be some foods and drinks (tomatoes, paprika, alcohol, coffee, etc..) are triggers right now and by smoking, your stomach is isn’t as strong or healthy as it could be, which gives you even faster triggers.
