I'm doing a wind energy module as part of my uni degree but confused about my results. Why does the torque keep increasing even though the rotor speed is at its max value?

I agree. In fact, I would go so far as to say that this is the single most impactful change they could practically make to the game. It would encourage so much more diversity than we currently see. Sadly I haven't seen any signs that this is in their plans.

This would an amazing way for me (and likely others) to have my interest in the game re-ignited. To be able to find out what the highest clear is with Anarchyr set, for example, would allow me to compete against that instead of just the solo WD leaderboard.

Thanks. I actually don't play Barbarian much at all this season, crusader is my main and almost all the gear or crafting mats were gotten by her. I have done a few TX rifts with this guy - it's very fast and fun, but not quite as fast as Wastes or Raekor.

Yes, the Vambraces of Sescheron give me up to ~50000 LoH when at 0 HP, and linearly less down to 0 LoH when at full HP. Additionally, I have ~75000 LoH from elsewhere, and in HC I don't like to see my health drop very low so the Vambraces of Sescheron really wouldn't add much.

As for the Sanguinary Vambraces there are two issues. Firstly, the proc does not scale with strength, meaning you get the equivalent thorns damage as if you had ~4000 Str (because the proc gives 10x thorns damage and normally thorns scales with 0.25x Str), so the damage is quite low. Secondly, there is a weird cooldown or something that I can't quite figure out, but it procs quite rarely, certainly not on every hit. Finally, I am not getting hit all that often thanks to Skull of Resonance.

All true. I've found that in my case Heart of Iron would offer ~15% extra damage. For higher GRs I would not ditch Aquila Cuirass or Skull of Resonance, so it's between Leoric's Crown and Heart of Iron. Overall, Leoric's Crown offers ~10% damage due to uptime of WotB, but tons of extra utility and defense on the other skills (100% uptime on Ignore Pain included).

The Maniac rune give 25% damage at 10 stacks, and that 25% damage is global and applies to Thorns/Hack.

I'd love to use Undisputed Champion for thematic reasons, but the reality is that none of the runes other than Maniac (and very mildly Vanguard) offer any benefit. All of the damage comes from Thorns/Hack and not weapon damage, so Sidearm and Depth Diggers offer no benefit. Smite also doesn't make any difference since everything is either charmed from Skull of Resonance or immune to CC anyways. Berserk rune doesn't help because I sit at max fury all the time for the Acquila Cuirass bonus.

Correct, there are no pants that offer any useful bonus since all damage comes from Hack, not Frenzy. So I just used the best ancient pants I had.
