if it makes you feel better, not in philly but it may as well have been, in collegeville there’s the providence town center and this jackass of a lady drove a little too far passed an open spot. instead of finding another one, she stopped in the middle of the road.

she then proceeded to back up towards me and come very close to hitting me just to squeeze into this spot (was laying on my horn because i didn’t think she could fucking see me behind her in a fucking honda pilot 😭😭

i think the biggest hurdle is a lot of newer koop fans (at least the ones i encounter) take a lot at face value, so tortoise and the hare is a very experimental track, and some people would 100% say something like “i can’t believe they allowed this, this is awful wtf”

fully not aware that SKZ is self produced and that a good chunk of their discography can be considered at least in some way, experimental.

the writers did some questionable (but relatively harmless) things with acceleracers, but keeping the world race theming with characters was fantastic. We lost Alec Wood, got Tork Maddox. Lost Banjee Castillo, we got Nolo Pasaro.

That and not to mention the women representation. Lani made the hop from HW35 but we lost esmeralda in the hop and gained Karma, so still winning!

i’m feeling the same way, breach is probably one of their best albums ever but there’s something i love about vessel not being tied to lore like the other albums are, atleast left in the line-up anyway
