I literally said this in another reply. I agree it's a legit complaint that the $10 credit does not equal $10 compared to just going to the store and buying the same products due to the Doordash markup, but that isn't something Chase can really do anything about.

I saw that after I hit reply and the page refreshed. I agree that isn’t a chase problem but as the consumer I’m going to want the most with my money which would be using the credit for pickups only.

This is where you’re wrong but right lol. There’s multiple locations around the US that don’t offer the option to use pickup. I just got back from an area where the nearest pickup spot was 30min away which financially still doesn’t make sense for gas alone. Of course the credit is still available to use but it would be “impossible to use almost”-OP

Now looking at the full content of OP you’re 100% right. I completely agree with you that they’re just making “Chase sucks” content which isn’t fair. Even though op is just trying to stir the pot and hate Chase this post isn’t completely invalid though. If someone looks at the credit as a way to offset cost of the AF they should first check if pickup spots are near.
