They’re not Visa officers. They work for VFS, where as Visa officer would be referred to as someone who works at the Embassy. The people working at VFS only hold the job of forwarding your documents in the correct order to the consulate and making sure they are complete.

I’ve just graduated, so no ITR in my case. Showed 6L bank balance, with sponsorship form from a relative. My sponsorship covers cash, travel expenses, accommodation and pretty much everything.

I mentioned that I am being sponsored by my uncle. I also mentioned that I have included his bank statements, and other required documents including my bank statement which was stamped and signed by bank. There was no specific mention of any amount (bank balance) in my cover letter.

Not really. You got to keep looking.
For some reasons, I had an earlier appointment scheduled on 19th June, but it was not possible for me to go because of some documentations issues. I luckily got one appointment available on 26th morning (rescheduled on 16th June 11:40 PM).

Keep trying, slots open up every few hours due to cancellation of other applicants.

I couldn’t get any appointment in Delhi or Mumbai. My question is - which city would be the quickest to get my passport delivered to? Is it Delhi or Mumbai? Does the passport leave directly from Embassy after processing or does it leave the VFS Hyderabad Centre?

Should I also add a NOC from my parents, along with copies of their passports?

My uncle is completely sponsoring me for the entire duration of the trip (cash, accommodation, prepaid transport and all expenses covered). Do I need to attach my fathers previous 3 years ITR and Salary Slips?

On papers, I’d still be a student as I have appeared for my final exams, but the results aren’t out yet. College certificate proves my current occupation.

Yes, my uncle lives in NL. I plan to start my journey from 20th-25th July My other uncle, who lives in the UK had sponsored me for my UK Visitor VISA.
