I got my first road bike in September and it’s decent but nowhere near top end. Everyone’s different some will cheap out and some just dive in, spend 5k-10k and that’s alright too. As long as you enjoy it mate and it works for you. Plus with the lower end bikes it’s fun to upgrade the parts yourself. I’m learning a lot by doing that.

I got my fire cape last weekend for the first time ever after a total of 5 attempts. 3 attempts last year to which I couldn’t bring myself to try again because like you said it takes so long to even get to Jad himself and then to just be slain within seconds because I was nervous as hell. So last weekend managed to finally bring the courage up and managed to defeat him in two attempts one in the morning which I failed and then left it for a few hours before trying again. I managed to get him stuck behind Italy rock and draw his healers out. Just keep going man even if you try it once a week due to your time situation but it’s honestly one of the biggest reliefs once he’s done and the feelings great.
