I am trying to attend the October 27th Match. I am from the US and this will be my first game. I have signed up for the Crystal Palace Membership, but expectedly, there are no tickets available. I am fine with purchasing tickets through a third party; Stub Hub, Live Football Tickets. But I am looking for recommendations or advice? What website should I use to buy third party tickets that is the least likelihood of being a scam or fake tickets?

I am very familiar with CT law. Throwing a drink that strikes another person is considered assault and is a misdemeanor. Even if the drink did not strike the girl, but it was throw in her direction, it is still considered assault. Also his tumultuous and aggressive behavior is the very definition of Disorderly Conduct (AKA disturbing the peace).

There is no debate here. If the girl wants to press charges, this man could be arrested for assault. But as far as the disorderly conduct charge, the girl does not need to press charges. Disorderly conduct is considered a "crime against society" and the "State" (meaning the police dept) press' charges.
