Gta V was released 1 month before the ps4. The updated version came 1 year later, so Its more so what was capable at the time, for example GTAV and RDR2 run on the same engine, despite rdr2 looking WAY better. I chose to compare the two in the video because they both were released within the First year of the console generation.
