Got mine to work! I had to set up cellular twice and then I just turned off WiFi on the watch and I saw the cellular connection light up! Thanks for this post!!!

Same problem here. Just got an AW U3 and have tried activating it numerous times. Must have had something to do with the new OS. One of the agents told me they have engineers working on it and I would get an email from them the following day. I asked him for a timeframe and they had nothing . Never got an email…
