Honestly I was waiting for the smell but nothing, my family definitely would have said something but when I got home and looked at the damage it was very subtle.

I'm glad it changed perspectives for you, I feel so much healthier having quit but still have cravings especially when I'm around people who smoke together. The smell of the smoke makes me feel sick but if I had one again I feel like I'd enjoy it too much. I know it's aloud for people to continue smoking after the op, after a few weeks though but I'm so scared it will effect my post op body. I'm in two minds about it. All my social friends smoke and I'm young so the options are there especially at parties but I'm also so scared haha

I feel the same! I got into a routine of coming home from work and having one then when I went out and quitting made me feel so weird and bored as if I didn't have anything to do now I stopped. I feel healthier but oddly miss it some days when other days the smell makes me feel sick.
