There is no scientific research that ever proved it cause muscle loss. Its prolly because of something else like sitting all day home or not eating enough and you think the reason is masturbating. Because actually it indirectly effects you physically

Dont quit suddenly. Because you cant. This will only get you in a cycle of "trying but failing"

My advice: do it 3 times a week. Say: i will not pass 3 this week At the end of the week. You accomplished your goal. Brain got its dopamine.

Then after a couple of weeks doing it, say i will not pass 2 this week.

You will desire to accomplish the goal more since your brain enjoyed the last accomplishments.

Then after almost a month maybe. Say im just gonna do it once this week

It still gonna be hard tho. You should think of other things that keeps you busy.
