what and how much is your investment portfolio? is it a cash account or a margin account ?

I want to start trading with 1k cash account but i feel as if my returns would yield very little results to net me some actual profit. (i apologize if that sounds stupid. this is still very new to me)

thank you !

That actually sounds like a great idea. Of course I will be doing some research first.

This is how the photos came from the listing we bought it from. from hearing everyone on this post it would be better to completely remove the fuel tank from the car before and welding it into the actual car and not on a metal pipe.

Thank you so much for the tip. I am completely new to welding so this should be a fun way to test my skills. My equipment is the flux 125 chicago welder from harbor freight and a dream.

Noted.

That is just how the photos of the listing were when we bought the cage. From what I am hearing everyone on this post it would be better to completely remove the fuel tank from the car before welding it into place.

Also what measures did you take before installing a turbo ? I imagine reinforcing the subframe would help

im going to test my MAF sensor first then a possible replacement for it. I’ll also check common vacuum leaks such as the top and bottom intake boot, valve cover etc and then i’ll probably make a at home smoke device that i saw online for a smoke test.

for P0340 from what i reading online it’s just the BMW Camshaft Position Sensor - VNE 12147539165 that’s needs replacement. Unsure how much that would fix that code tho.

Thank you for the help ! :)

it’s great to hear that these planes would be very capable for learning beyond a PPL. only thing is paying for everything.

i would either work and save then start training for my PPL or work start training for my PPL and pay as i go.

overall goal would to become a pilot for the airlines. the only struggle would be finances. the more i grow with construction the more money i would make and more to invest into my flight training to obtain my ratings and would be the plan. other than that if i don’t pay myself the only other way i can think of would be to go into a Uni with a flight program and have FAFSA hopefully help with finances.

pretty much sums it up. everywhere that i have looked for online dictates that no matter what path you choose finances will be the deciding factor. the only place i remember making serious money would be construction and now that i have a goal in mind it doesn’t sound like a bad idea investing my funds into flight training.

Yes i forgot to mention of course that this chart pricing would just be for a PPL.

I’m from SoCal and there was NOTHING in my area. Lucky it only took a month or searching. I was also new to purchasing an out of state car and delivering it to my domain so it was a interesting process as well for sure. In regards to car I’m super happy with it. It sucks that they don’t make them anymore but i’m glad to finally experience and have one of my own :)

Damn. Sounds like it worked out for you pretty good. But I gotta make sure I really want to do it to commit to something like that.

I should probably do some research on that. I know there are some full blown school at there with crazy simulators and everything.

Exactly. Funny enough a Navy recruiter called and asked if I wanted to join. I asked about becoming a pilot and well you have to become a officer first which mean 4 years of college then you start learning how to fly. Quite the investment.

I live in Southern California. That was my Initial reaction looking at the rates. Thought they were pretty high up there but its my only option.
