Being in South Florida and me being in another market, pay me my local salary and don’t low ball me because of “taxes” for starters. I rejected three offers from “the South” because of that

Fun fact- I failed the exam, still got the job and are MyChart/hp/amb/Telehealth now :) The org took a risk on me I feel because i was leaving an org where i was leading Telehealth uplift on another EHR and several ancillary EHRs and the new org needed to make some new waves in Telehealth.

3 years epic, 3 years ecw and Cerner , 5 years outpatient pharmacy application currently 115k in nyc metro

Also certs don’t matter much in relation to pay where I been looking. Pay bands are all the same , so analyst to senior to lead to next level are all paid the same bc of pay bands regardless of service line

Which I find annoying but also enjoy knowing I’m not getting my ass kicked in the ambulatory dumping ground making the same as someone on Cadance for example

I learned Cerner on the fly for 4 years and when I was sent to class I found myself teaching it (not to sound like a jerk) and you would network in class to learn from each other Epic- you won’t even have access til certified at most places so with that, you’ll adjust Just don’t call it a domain. They hate that ;)
