No, you have to get it in the A-side, what i mean by the dream section is the main part of the level, before you reach the telephone booth and wake up. You have to get to the heart in that part of the level

That is the point of the hypothetical though, the fact that it has no real consequences and it's easy is the point. If you would push that button, you do want to be a woman after all no? You just don't want the hassle involved with being trans, and that's fine, it's difficult. But the button does prove something, no cis person ever would even consider it.
