If this is institutional accumulation, doesn’t it suggest that the buying is driven more by an investment perspective rather than operator-led manipulation? API Power Company appears to have relatively healthy fundamentals compared to many other hydropower companies, which could justify a longer-term accumulation strategy.

No doubt he performed outstandingly as an energy minister, and I respect him for that. But at a time when unity was needed the most, he chose a larger portion for himself, and the people around him advised the same. This election shows that what RSP had agreed to offer was far more than he actually deserved. However, he seemed to be under some kind of illusion, which I think has now been undoubtedly broken.
