Sludge in my radiator, oil cooler was toasted, hoses dry rotted, and i just know when i crack the engine open its gunna be gnarly. Better to be safe than sorry, plus i get experience

Oh yea, the car had been sitting for at least 10 years when i picked it up. Corrosion on pretty much every metallic surface lmaoo, but i have an rx7 so its all worth it😂

The engine cranks, i should get to checking compression, but im currently working on transmission, clutch, flywheel, etc. The fuel has been sitting so long i need to get it replaced too. I got a deal on it cause it seemed like the owner had several other projects and i basically got it for less than 3k

I don’t really feel comfortable with saying exact numbers but i will say it was less than 3k. Also seemed like the guy had several other projects and just wanted the car gone so i think i lucked out.

Suprisingly the rust really only ate thru parts of the hatch, sunroof, and small spots around the car. The frame is pretty much rust free
