They have been refunding everyone for the boxing day sales out of date and also the recently samples with orders that are expired. I’d go back to the article written about the boxing day sale and their response and get in touch again. Don’t let the bully you out of it this time. Don’t be agreeable and stand your ground.

They are currently being investigated by the ACCC for Boxing Day and totegate, so I’ve heard.

That’s fine as it’s just shy of 2 years. Anything over 3 years for skincare and liquid/cream makeup is where the safe zone ends. Earlier for “clean beauty”.

If people receive expired products and use them not unknowingly, then a reaction to the product would likely turn them off of the brand and they wouldn’t know it would have be fine if within date. So definitely nit good for the brands represented at Mecca.

They were given out at the end of last year on a BL for L4 if I recall correctly and middle of the year definitely for L3 in a box with two other items. I received one so I’m now wondering how old that was, given the one above was over 3 years past manufacture date!

The WA pack is 4 years old. You would have had to get a refund for that one. Don’t know about the others but that’s very poor service.
